Putt-Putt and Pizza

Well I guess we have started a new tradition to celebrate my dad's birthday..putt-putt and pizza. This time they all came down here. It was so hot that we went to an indoor Lunar Golf. It was in the dark and everything was glow in the dark. Then we went out for pizza and had brownies and ice-cream at our house. We got to meet my dad's new girlfriend, Ruthann. She has red hair just like Jessica.

Surgery!

No pictures for this, but thought I would give everyone an update. About 3 weeks ago I had emergency surgery to get my appendix out. I was in a lot of pain and went to the doctor. I had a cat scan and then had surgery that night. It went well and I recovered pretty quickly. I also found out that I have arthritis in my right knee.

Also, my sister is pregnant...again! This one wasn't planned, but they are keeping their fingers crossed for a girl.

Joe's brother, Jamie, and his wife, Angela are also pregnant with their first.

Father's Day

We went up to Brookville for Father's Day. All the guys went golfing. Trent had fun playing with his cousins. Then he got to sit on his first Harley that belongs to his great uncle.

Trent's Best Buddy

My friend Sheli has a little boy that is a year younger than Trent. She is also a teacher and home for the summer. We decided we would trade off babysitting so we could have a little break and so our boys could play together. Trent and Andrew have become best buddies now.

New Haircut!

After cutting Trent's hair myself, we decided we would try someone with experience. Trent didn't want anything to do with it, so after some cutting at home to get it shorter we ended up using the clippers. I will say that I was very sad afterwards, because he looked so different, and so grown up. I am used to it now, and it's grown out some since June.
