Kayla's Birthday

We went over to Joe's parents house and celebrated Kayla's birthday. I can't believe how fast she's growing up. Emma was playing with a blonde wig, and pretending to be Hannah Montana. Uncle Jason, Pam, and Aunt Connie tried it on. I've posted their pictures below for a good laugh. We also got the cousins together for a group picture.

New Pictures...Finally

I'm sorry that I haven't posted new pictures in awhile. I've got everything updated now. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Don't forget to leave a message to let us know you stopped by. I hope everyone is doing well. This school year has been challenging. I have a little boy with autism and a little girl with cerebral palsy in my class. Trent started a new day care that we are all adjusting to, and Joe is working a part job at Best Buy.

Nathan's Birthday

Last night we went up to my sister's house for Nathan's birthday. My sister's sister-in-law was there with her new baby girl and I got to hold her. She's only 6 weeks old. You forget how little they are.

Haircut at the Barber

We thought we would try a barber shop where my friend takes her little boy. To our amazement, Trent sat still and let him cut his hair. It might of been due partly to the bribe of a new toy if he would get his haircut. These are pictures we took afterwards at our house.

Wind Storm

We had a huge wind storm that came through and it did a lot of damage. People were out of power for over a week. We had two trees that fell down, of course not the ones we want to cut down. We only lost power for a few days. It was amazing seeing some trees uprooted out of the ground.

River Days

In our city, Hamilton, they have River Days each year. Me and my mom took Trent. They bring in people to make a giant sand castle. They also had some Indians playing music, horses with men dressed up in war uniforms, and some play things for the kids to play on. Trent walked up the big slide and slid down. He went to try it again, but when he got up there he got scared, so he walked back down.

Friends & Cousins

We got together in August with my sister and our friend Jennifer and her girls. The kids enjoyed playing together and we tried to catch up in the midst of the all the kids.

Parky's Farm

I met a couple of teachers at a nearby farm this summer. Trent loved the animals and the tractors. He's really been into tractors. He also got to ride a pony. When he was getting on the pony he said, "It stinks." Here are some pictures from the day.
